Built by Operators.
Proven by Enterprises.
With roots in Atlanta dating back to the early 2000s our leadership team has been designing, building, and operating mission-critical infrastructure for over two decades – serving some of the most demanding environments in the country. Our early portfolio included supporting four of the top hospitals in the state of Georgia, where uptime is not a metric – it’s a matter of patient safety.
Today, in our Houston data centers that same operational discipline supports:
- 4 Fortune 500 enterprises
- 3 Nationally recognized healthcare organizations
- 6 National banking institutions
- Global Engineering and energy firms operating critical infrastructure
We are not chasing speculative growth. We are operators building for when failure is not an option.

Hurricane Safe
Our Houston data centers are engineered for extreme resilience, far exceeding local environmental threats to ensure your infrastructure stays online.
- 145% Wind Over-Preparation: While NOAA’s worst-case scenario predicts 127 MPH winds, our building is rated for 185+ MPH.
- Priority Grid Status: As a Critical Load site with CenterPoint, we receive top-tier priority for power restoration during regional outages.
- Battle-Tested: We maintained 100% uptime throughout Hurricane Beryl, proving our systems thrive under pressure.
Conveniently Located
Located at the intersection of I-45 and I-99, our facility offers seamless access to the entire Houston metro and is just minutes from the amenities of The Woodlands.
While our Colo+ service means you’ll technically never need to step foot on-site, our prime location makes it easy and enjoyable when you do.
- Ultimate Accessibility: Rapid transit from any part of the city.
- Hands-Off Management: Colo+ enables you to stay remote.
- Prime Neighborhood: Close proximity to world-class dining and retail.
Cloud & fiber rich interconnection
With 16+ onsite carriers, including Houston’s only MegaIX, you’ll be able to connect to whatever provider you want to. Our rich, carrier neutral approach enables efficiency and reliability with your interconnection.
On top of that, we offer free cross connects to all customers. This is done to improve your experience by making network configuration simpler, faster, and more flexible. Allowing easy access to carriers, partners, and services without financial friction.
Reducing Human Error & Downtime
We offer a free, non-emergency remote hands service because we believe routine support shouldn’t come with extra fees – especially when it helps prevent issues before they escalate. Since most downtime in data centers is caused by human error, giving customers reliable, no-cost access to our expert technicians for day-to-day tasks reduces risk and keeps systems running smoothly.
For urgent needs, we also offer an SLA-backed emergency response option, though we’ve had zero emergencies in the past year thanks to our proactive approach.

TRG Datacenters
The difference matters
Our facilities are purpose-built for continuous uptime, with active-active, fully redundant, and compartmentalized systems, including dual power and cooling distribution paths. They are engineered so that the failure of any single entire subsystem (e.g. one entire power path) will not disrupt operations. Designed by an Accredited Tier Designer from the Uptime Institute, the only one associated with a data center in Houston, it most closely matches tier IV standard.
The difference matters
Out of all the Houston data centers, we’re the only one with indoor generators. This provides significantly more reliability than outdoor generators, which are susceptible to the weather, and domino-like failure. Our multiple 1.5 MVA Rolls Royce MTU V18 Twin Turbo Systems also have hurricane resistant louver systems.
The difference matters
Our first two data halls are completely water-free, eliminating any risk of internal water distribution and reducing environmental impact. The upcoming HOU2 expansion introduces direct-to-chip cooling while preserving full Fault Tolerance, with modular, compartmentalized systems supporting 500kW+ cabinets and high-density GPU environments.
The difference matters
With 16+ onsite carriers, including Houston’s only MegaIX, you’ll be able to connect to whatever provider you want to. Our dual entries intro dual meet me rooms, along with milspec armored core fiber cabling with corning high bend radius provides ultra reliability.
The difference matters
Our facility is staffed 24/7/365, and we offer fully customizable cabinet and suite security for example; motion sensors, man traps and armed security guards, are all available. With our management team’s experience working with Department of Defense, MIT Lincoln Lab & the CIA we’re confident we can provide the security each deployment needs.

Have Questions?
Yes, Houston is an excellent location for data centers. As the fourth-largest city in the United States, Houston offers a robust business ecosystem, extensive infrastructure, and access to a highly skilled technical workforce. The city is a major energy hub, which gives data centers convenient access to reliable and competitively priced power. Additionally, the city’s central location in the southern U.S. makes it an ideal hub for low-latency data distribution across North America, especially between East and West Coasts.
Houston has a humid subtropical climate, with high temperatures and humidity levels, particularly in summer. While these conditions might raise concerns about cooling costs, our Houston data centers are engineered to efficiently manage thermal loads year-round. By leveraging advanced HVAC systems, hot-aisle containment, and energy-efficient design principles, we minimize energy consumption and ensure operational resilience regardless of external climate conditions.
Given Houston’s vulnerability to hurricanes and tropical storms, We take comprehensive precautions to ensure uptime during extreme weather events. Our Houston facility is constructed above flood plain levels, equipped with fully redundant power systems (including generators and UPS), and designed with hurricane-resistant structural reinforcements. We also have detailed disaster recovery and business continuity protocols, including pre-storm checks, and fuel contracts for extended generator operation.
Houston is served by the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) power grid, which operates independently from the rest of the United States. This offers unique advantages in terms of pricing flexibility and market independence. We capitalize on direct access to the deregulated Texas energy market, allowing clients to benefit from lower power rates.
Yes, Houston data centers are subject to state and local regulations. However, Texas is known for its business-friendly regulatory environment, with minimal red tape compared to other states. The lack of a state income tax and favorable corporate policies make it an appealing choice for enterprises seeking to scale IT operations cost-effectively. We also follow all necessary compliance standards, including SSAE 18, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and other industry benchmarks to meet client needs in regulated sectors.
Designed by the only Accredited Tier Designer from The Uptime Institute associated with a data center in Houston. Our designs target Fault Tolerance, which most closely matches the Tier IV Standard from the Uptime Institute.
