A new 24-megawatt, 110,000 GSF data center at full build-out. The facility is currently under construction with phase 1 capacity projected for delivery as early as Q4 2026. Lease options include single-tenant data center, individual dedicated data halls, and cabinet-to-cage colocation. It will have access to the same connectivity as HOU1 (16 onsite carriers) from day one.
