Our facility is located within 3 miles of 4 different sub stations! To our knowledge, are the only data center in Houston with this sub-station diversity. This is due to the legacy distribution plus the thrust of growth due to I-45/I-99 Corridor as well as the Exxon/Springwoods Developments. More importantly however, in the event of a catastrophic widespread event, we are designated as life critical by the state of Texas due to the presence of Hospital Data Centers in our facility, so we enjoy the benefit of priority restoration.
We provide clients with a badge for entry, and they are able to access the facility 24/7. Clients can submit a ticket for contractor entry, which is provided free of charge
We currently have 1.5MW available, and can build up to 24. We have one pod full, with another new one open.
We have independent and isolated fuel reserves lasting 4+ days, and the option for natural gas bi-fuel extending runtime to 12+ days without re-fueling. In addition to that we have emergency backup contracts for infinite fuel resupply.
Yes absolutely, many of our clients use the conference room and rent offices. We have availability here.
Yes, unlike many data centers, we fully own the property and building. The land was purpose bought for development of our data center.
