“What I noticed about the TRG facility is that all the details are intelligently considered – the building is secure, clean, and polished. The way TRG has implemented power and HVAC systems and associated resiliency is some of the best I’ve ever seen. A fully redundant genset system in a datacenter is expected. But one that’s fully redundant plus one, AND implemented 1) inside the building and 2) so the system undergo maintenance and servicing while under active load, resulting in an infinite amount of generator runtime? That’s more than “expected”; I call that “badass”.”

We have hosted in several other DCs in Houston but you will not find any Datacenters that carries not only the best true redundant power, network, cooling setup but also their customer service, adaptiveness and willing to go beyond to help you minimize the downtime during migration and be available with whole crew at 2am in the morning. This is just exceptional.The leadership of this place knows what it takes for MSPs like us to run the operations and what it takes to provide best possible support that not only gives us 100% uptime but someone physically is available 24/7 that answers your call within 5 seconds, walks to your rack and tells you 'all is well'. You will not find this level of customer support anywhere else.

This datacenter facility is by far the best designed and engineered facility in the Houston area. They took everything into account with the design phase to ensure the best location (avoiding flood plains, extreme high winds, and even fault lines) while guaranteeing total redundancies for all services, both external and internal. Their personnel are top notch and extremely helpful and responsive. They earned our trust and therefore our business and I cannot recommend them enough!

My experience is very positive. Although we only have a small project to start with, Chris and his Team threatet us very professional. We had a very good talk about the location, and all the measures that had been taken to make this location the best to choose in that area.It doesn't took long to decide to go with colo+. The available peering is pretty decent. We also visited other Datacenters, but not a single one came close to this. I went there one night to do some configuration, and the staff was awesome and helpful too.

During the most recent ice storm and hurricane, we slept comfortably and didn't worry about the health, security or resiliency of the TRG facility.With TRG, communication is always clear and very easy to understand. No technical word salad to burn calories on, unless you ask for it. Their Colo+ product is revolutionary and saves you time, money and most of all keeps you focused on the core of your business. Our company was facing a very sudden eviction and needed emergency help moving and setting up our servers to a datacenter. TRG went above and beyond to help us. They picked up and moved all our equipment within a couple days and we were back online in hours. I couldn't recommend them enough for their fast and friendly service and support. Best DC hands down, we had a hurricane and one of the owners and some of the members came to our city and help dig through ruble to get equipment out. They treat people more like family then they do customers. The are also very responsive and have a great team that gets things done very quickly. They also have great pricing. I can't recommend them enough. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

We thank Chris, Cory and the team at TRG in Spring, TX for all their help! After touring about 7 datacenters from Bryan to Katy and around Houston and all over, we choose them as our datacenter. We are a mid level firm and we are running our production environment from their datacenter and our setup was amazing. We purchased the Colo+ plan so we just brought our equipment and overnight everything was racked and labeled and ready for us to flip a switch and get going. We can't be more pleased with the professionalism, attention to details, responsiveness and security that we get with TRG. We recommended 3 clients of ours to them before we even signed our own contract! If you're looking for an affordable datacenter that focuses on customer service, security, cleanliness, location and all else I mentioned, LOOK NO FURTHER! Our organization was in a rush to move its datacenter to a colocation facility. TRG worked with us and accommodated our rigid timeline to ensure this transpired. With their help we met our objective but more importantly we now have peace of mind with regards to having a dedicated data center without the additional costs of maintaining such a facility on our own. We can now enjoy the benefits of having our servers and network devices reside in a reliable and redundant infrastructure but still maintain physical control of our systems. When Distribution International was looking for a new data center to replace our existing facility to host our gear, we'd just taken a tour of TRG and it was a good fit. Not only did TRG partner with us for data center service, but the service offerings of NetDepot, their sister site in Atlanta, solved our need for disaster recovery capabilities we'd lacked for years being along the Gulf Coast under constant threat of natural disaster potentially impacting the greater Houston area each year. The move itself was made easier with TRG actually working with my IT team and executing the move itself. The TRG team arrived at our current data center to meticulously un-rack, label, pack, and mover all of our gear to TRG. Their team then worked through the night to make our gear ready by 9AM the next morning for my team to start service restoration. In short, our transition was easy and smooth. While the relationship is days old as of this review, I'm positive over the next three years DI will continue to receive this type of "GOLD STAR" support and treatment.

This has to be one of the most Forward Thinking Data Centers, in the area. I was extremely impressed with the level of knowledge and dedication of the entire team! I believe they are unmatched in their knowledge, offerings, options and their true level of service! While many other centers are making plans (to be more like TRG) they are already looking at further advancements and improvements. They say it best with that they "...are a technology company that uses our datacenters as a reliable platform."

Top tier data center! Easy to work with. Well designed. New as of 2018. Many amenities and redundancies. Price point very competitive. This was my 3rd relocation in 4 years. Both previous moves were driven by the previous data centers having management issues. TRG is different and a refreshing change. We selected this out of 52 Houston metro data centers as the best fit and value for our organization.
