With Colo+, all physical logistics are handled by TRG engineers. We go to a company’s existing data center, decommission racks, securely pack servers and ship everything safely to our facility. We then set up racks, arranging network contracts, cross connects and all adds, moves and changes.

Our engineers really are experts when it comes to migrations, so we were able to take the weight off their shoulders and manage the move in its entirety. And of course a word of mouth recommendation also helped settle those nerves come moving day.
As a rule, we always have two hands on every piece of equipment. We pack equipment in three-inch thick, anti-static, vibration isolating pick and pack foam, before encasing it in double-wall cardboard boxes. Everything is packed individually and isolated for travel, a level of attention to detail that really helped to reassure White Water Express on the big day.
As the move unfolded, the only issue we encountered was an internal one related to a router not being connected. The TRG team quickly identified the problem and provided recommendations on what needed to be done to get the business back online, and it was all sorted in record time.
White Water Express was back up and running by noon the following day. One member of our team, Ronaldo, even received special mention for his attentiveness during the move.
