It’s no secret that the growth of hyperscale and AI has flipped negotiating leverage back to data center operators for the first time in 15 years, and data centers do provide a valuable service that should be rewarded.
However this cable costs $50 and along with installation it’s all that is needed for a cross connect, there’s no recurring cost for data centers. Yet most data centers charge recurring monthly fees, and increase them over time.
What We're Doing
Coming to a City Near You
To liberate connectivity, we need to start in major cities and are offering the first MW as low as $99kW+E to jumpstart development.
We are close to starting work on data centers in Dallas, Austin and Atlanta so can offer precommits in the low 100’s of kW range for $99/kW+E with delivery in early-mid 2026.
With a total 500kW-1MW precommit we will build in the following cities; Seattle, Bay Area, LA, Phoenix, Chicago, New Jersey, Miami, Northern Virginia. The cost will likely be $99/kW+E too, with delivery early-mid 2026 too.

Colocation buyers
Take us up on our offer. The more attention that comes here, the quicker we build coalition partnerships. We invite any network operators to join this coalition, and would like for you to have a voice into contributing how the philosophy of liberating interconnectivity can extend beyond physical cross connects.
If you feel like you are too small to contribute – don’t. We can pop remote hosting providers into cities with fully managed colocation for less than the price of a cross connect.
If you buy network and you come to a free cross connect facility, you are driving more interconnectivity and therefore supporting the movement.

Membership is free and we’ll promote you, all we ask is cross connects are free forever. If you have an existing P&L of cross connects but want to leave that behind and join the movement, please reach out we have ways to help transition you. We understand the destructive nature of this business model.
