We’re the only data center in Houston to have indoor generators. This provides significantly more reliability than outdoor generators, which are susceptible to the weather, and domino-like failure. Our multiple 1.5 MVA Rolls Royce MTU V18 Twin Turbo Systems also have hurricane resistant louver systems.

We have a 100% waterless facility, so there’s no risk of water distribution inside the facility causing downtime, and makes us more environmentally friendly. Fully modular, compartmentalized cooling enables 50kW cabinets and blade server environments or more.

TRG offers a 100% uptime guarantee, providing a full month’s credit for any downtime experienced. In contrast, CyrusOne does not provide an outright 100% uptime guarantee; instead, it offers compensation based on the duration of the outage.
TRG provides free 24/7 remote hands support with emergency availability within 15 minutes. CyrusOne, however, charges additional fees for remote hands services.
TRG’s facility is built outside of the 500-year floodplain and elevated 3 feet above ground level. It features a single sloped roof with dual-layer leak protection, rated for winds over 185 MPH. Cyrus One Houston’s facilities vary by location and may not have these specific structural features.
