The difference matters
Our facility is purpose-built for continuous uptime, with active-active, fully redundant, and compartmentalized systems, including dual power and cooling distribution paths. It is engineered so that the failure of any single entire subsystem (e.g. one entire power path) will not disrupt operations. Designed by an Accredited Tier Designer from the Uptime Institute, the only one associated with a data center in Houston, it most closely matches tier IV standard.

Out of all the Houston data center, we’re the only one with indoor generators. This provides significantly more reliability than outdoor generators, which are susceptible to the weather, and domino-like failure. Our multiple 1.5 MVA Rolls Royce MTU V18 Twin Turbo Systems also have hurricane resistant louver systems.

Our first two data halls are completely water-free, eliminating any risk of internal water distribution and reducing environmental impact. The upcoming Phase Three expansion introduces direct-to-chip cooling while preserving full Fault Tolerance, with modular, compartmentalized systems supporting 50kW+ cabinets and high-density GPU environments.

With 16+ onsite carriers, including Houston’s only MegaIX, you’ll be able to connect to whatever provider you want to. Our dual entries intro dual meet me rooms, along with milspec armored core fiber cabling with corning high bend radius provides ultra reliability.

Our facility is staffed 24/7/365, and we offer fully customizable cabinet and suite security for example; motion sensors, man traps and armed security guards, are all available. With our management team’s experience working with Department of Defense, MIT Lincoln Lab & the CIA we’re confident we can provide the security each deployment needs.

We have over 30 over-sized offices (11×13 sq. ft) available for rent so you can build your own NOC. Multiple executive conference rooms are available for use, alongside break out rooms, showers and wifi throughout our facility.

Have Questions?
All you have to do is put your name on the package when it’s sent to us. We have an automated system that will notify you it has been received and we’ll keep it in a secured storage area. If you’re a Colo+ customer we’ll even unpack your gear and set it up for you.
Yes we have all the tools and spare parts you’ll need. What’s more, they’re all included in Colo+ and you’ll never need to handle them yourself. We’ll take care of it all.

We travel to your current data center or on-prem location and safely pack up your hardware for transportation.

For the transportation, we use a fully insured air ride truck for a smooth trip with professional licensed drivers and a two-vehicle escort.

That’s not a problem at all. We have several clients abroad, using our data center to have servers in the US without having to be here themselves. You can order your hardware directly to us, then we’ll get it all online and maintain it.
