We deliver 100% waterless air cooling today, eliminating water distribution risks inside the facility while improving sustainability. With our upcoming Phase 3 expansion, we’ll also support direct-to-chip water cooling for ultra-high-density workloads.

With free cross connects, forever, you’ll most likely save money from moving here. We have 16 carriers currently and will offer free entry to any you want to bring. Our dual entries intro dual meet me rooms, along with milspec armored core fiber cabling with corning high bend radius provides ultra reliability.

Our facility is staffed 24/7/365, and we offer fully customizable cabinet and suite security for example; motion sensors, man traps and armed security guards, are all available. With our management team’s experience working with Department of Defense, MIT Lincoln Lab & the CIA we’re confident we can provide the security each deployment needs.
